POOL DECK:
The large pool deck has the privacy of backing onto Orange trees, not other villas, and the south westerly aspect means that the sun is shining on the pool area from early morning till dusk. There is plenty of pool furniture provided, and when it gets too hot in the sun, you can sit under the large lanai.
The POOL is 30ft x 15ft and there is also a SPA to refresh those weary limbs after a hectic day at the parks..
For all the outdoor chefs we provide a BARBEQUE free of charge.

GAMES ROOM:
For those stay at home days, we have converted the garage into a games room with a 7FT POOL TABLE, AIR HOCKEY TABLE, FOOSBALL TABLE and ELECTRONIC DARTS. We provide TENNIS RACKETS for use on the community courts and GOLF CLUBS for use on the nearby golf courses.

KITCHEN:

The fully equipped kitchen has everything that you need for a hassle free vacation.

DINING AREAS:

The beautiful formal dining area has seating for six people. There is also a breakfast nook in a sunny bay window with seating for a further 4 people.

FAMILY ROOM:

The light, airy and spacious family room has cathedral ceilings. There are patio doors leading out onto the lanai and pool area. Provided for your entertainment are HBO CABLE MOVIES, DVD, VCR, STEREO and PLAYSTATION2 + GAMES.

MASTER BEDROOM 1

has a KING bed, walk in closet, CABLE TV, VCR, COMPUTER with FREE INTERNET and an ensuite bathroom that is the ultimate in luxury. The ensuite boasts a ROMAN BATH, large SHOWER and DOUBLE VANITY UNIT and a HAIRDRYER is provided.

MASTER BEDROOM 2

 has a QUEEN bed CABLE TV and its own ensuite bathroom and HAIRDRYER provided.

BEDROOM 3

has 2 twin beds, CABLE TV, built in closet and shares a bathroom with bedroom 4.

BEDROOM 4

 has 2 twin beds, CABLE TV, built in closet and shares a bathroom with bedroom 3.

BABY COMES TOO:

For our younger guests we supply a CRIB, HIGHCHAIR, BABY MONITOR, STROLLER and there is safety fencing for the pool area.
