POOL AND SPA HEATING is optional and is charged at £15 / $25 per day. JUST SPA HEATING is available at £7/$10 per day.  DEPOSIT  The deposit to secure your booking is £100/$150 per week. SECURITY DEPOSIT  A refundable security deposit of £200/$250 is charged and will be refunded when the management company has checked the property and confirmed there has been no damage. PAYMENT  We accept payment by cheque(check) or if you prefer we can take payment by credit/debit card. Please note there is a 3.5% handling charge for credit card payments. TAXES AND CLEANING FEE  - All bookings subject to 11% Florida Tourist tax Cleaning Fees - All bookings less than seven nights are subject to a cleaning fee.
